The year started with my usual routine of no-to-resolutions-yes-to-achieve-year-goals. I plan to travel and collect more foods. I plan to start a small business and/or to invest. A great first week of January 2012 passed.

Moving on to the following weeks until today, my body is not in shape anymore. I still feel young ‘cause I’m still is but my body is on pay-back time!
I have to honestly admit that I am pushing my body to the limits. During my high school and college days, I was not giving my body enough time to rest/sleep. I am already trying to kill my on-off relationship with my training/running/jogging to find another sport. Being a night-person, I regularly work off hours (til 2-3am) in the office giving me only 4-6hrs of sleep. Plus, I regularly and intentionally skip meals.

I’m sick.
I’ve seen three different doctors from different fields of medicine lately.
I have antibiotic, tablets, and vitamins to drink twice/thrice everyday.

That’s why I realized that I should be taking care of myself more. I’m not vain. It’s just that I need it because I love myself as well.
My TO-DO list:
- Eat healthy food - more veggies, fruits, less rice - as much as possible, prepare and cook it myself
- Drink lots of water, preferably lukewarm
- Chocolate/Milk drinks over Coffee and Energy drinks
- Take nutritional supplements. Drink my favorite herbal tea.
- Take a relaxing and refreshing bath everyday - meaning 30mins to an hr bathing, using products with aroma-therapy-scent
- HAVE ENOUGH SLEEP - comfortably
- Avoid getting stressed, disappointed, angry - POSITIVENESS & HAPPINESS
- Socialize with people face-to-face more often

It will be quite hard since healthy living costs more money but the discipline I have is the secret to my success.
